as preparation of the abstract manual, author index and subject index can be

It enables the
users to perform the operations without any problem through user-friendly
interface and live support line features of the system.
The incoming
abstracts can be monitored on the customizable report screen, and it is a matter
of seconds to take the accepted abstract in the desired format from the system.
All operations
performed are kept in the database; and thus it assures audit and security
retrospectively.
abstractModule
allows those users that are granted with authorizations other than author status
to collect all their authorizations in a single account without having to deal
with more than one account and complex entry screen.
It is very easy
to generate and send e-mails in the system by means of automatic lines which are
generated and quickly added according to the designated parameters and persons.
Depending on
the assessment groups formed previously, the Master Reviewer circulates the
abstracts to the Reviewers for assessment. Users are given support by Support Center throughout all stages.

Tasks and authorizations of the user group:
Author
1. Creates and edits abstract and sends the completed abstracts to the scientific committee
2. Monitors online the assessment process of the abstract and Reviewer points
Reviewer:
In addition to the tasks and authorizations of the author:
3. Monitors the incoming abstract
4. Assesses the abstract
5. Monitors the abstracts in any desired format offline (print-out, word, pdf, text)
Master Reviewer
They perform all tasks of the Reviewer, except for abstract assessment operations only. They follow up and control this process.
6. Performs all user operations (finding, listing, viewing-changing the information)
7. Appoints Reviewer
8. Forwards to the Reviewers the abstracts already sent to the scientific committee
9. Lists the abstracts assessed and yet to be assessed
10. Accepts or rejects the abstracts already assessed or sends them for reassessment
11. Generates list indicating points for abstract assessed
12. Edits the texts on the information screen of abstractModule
13. Generates and changes abstract group
14. Finds abstract quickly
15. Generates detailed abstract listing reports
16. Generates detailed lists of points
17. Adds questionnaire, monitors questions and statistics
18. Sends quick e-mail messages to the users; identifies specialized text according to their abstract status; keeps in the module all mails sent and monitors messages retrospectively.
Congress Administrator
Performs all operations of the Master Reviewer.

Section for all congress-specific operations and reporting; this section is designed to allow the congress administrator to perform the operations quickly and easily on site and prior to congress. Operations of printing out the person-specific acceptance letters or sending them to the authors my mail can be performed in this section.
