is one of the most advanced system in the medical sector for submitting, following up
and reviewing abstracts online. One of its greatest advantages is its
“time-saving” feature to the benefit of the users. Furthermore, it completely
eliminates any problems and risk of data loss that may be encountered during the
process of collecting the abstract by standard mail or e-mail. The system
allows the users to comply with the format and writing rules in the sending
process of the information abstracts. In the assessment process of the abstracts:
Abstract may not be assessed by anybody else other than the Reviewer or group of
Reviewers designated for assessment.
While the abstracts may be collected only in Turkish or English, it is also
possible to collect them in both languages.
Abstract groups may be formed in the system. Statistical information may be
taken about the abstracts on groups basis and about assessment of them.
The author may, after generating its abstract in the system, send it to the
scientific committee prior to the deadline for acceptance.
Operations of creating, changing and deleting user groups may be performed only
by the Master Reviewer and congress administrator.
The abstracts, collected as per the criteria of the International Committee of
Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) may be assessed on basis of various scoring
systems to be established by the Master Reviewer.
The results may be prepared instantly in graphic, diagram or text formats.
